About The Manifest Group
Legislative Intelligence. Policy Strategy. Quiet Authority.
Meet Nicole
Nicole "Nikki" Ofosu-Appiah is the Founder and Principal of The Manifest Group.
She works inside the Georgia General Assembly as a policy staffer for House members, where she analyzes legislation, prepares members for committee and the floor, and runs the systems that keep an office on track during session.
Before the Capitol, Nicole worked as a litigation paralegal in personal injury and family law and later led administration for All Nations Church. Both jobs taught her what legislative work does: deadlines do not move, details matter, and people depend on the office getting it right.
Her studies span neuroscience, paralegal studies, and criminal justice.
The Manifest Group grew out of her Capitol work. The training, the handbook, and the tools all draw on the systems Nicole uses in her own offices.
Why We Exist
Georgia legislative offices start nearly from scratch every term. Staff turn over, new members arrive without an office manual, and the knowledge of how to run session leaves with whoever had it.
The Manifest Group gives offices what usually goes missing: working systems, trained staff, and tools that stay when people move on. Capitol Insight, our legislative intelligence platform, puts tracking and analysis in one place so the office is never starting over.
