Freshman Office Support Program
Operational by Legislative Day One.
We work as an extension of your legislative office from the day after the election through the end of your first session. We set up the systems, train your team, and stay through session. Then we hand it all over. The goal is an office that runs without us.
How It Runs
November: Transition Planning
We assess your office, your priorities, and your staffing, and set up the structure your team will work in.
December: The Manifest Office Academy
Your staff complete the four-day Staff Academy. You complete the one-day Legislator Academy.
January to April: Session Support
Weekly support through session: bill tracking, analysis, committee preparation, and floor preparation.
April to May: Debrief
A written report on what worked, what did not, and what to fix before next session.
